You’ll own your desk end-to-end, partnering with schools, matching great educators to the right classrooms, and keeping education moving when it matters most. From building new school partnerships to filling last-minute bookings, onboarding educators and supporting them in role - you’ll be right at the heart of the action. Every decision you make has real impact, and every placement helps a school stay on track. You will: You’ll take full ownership of a live, high-energy temp desk, balancing relationships, results and responsiveness: Grow and manage a portfolio of schools, ensuring their day-to-day staffing needs are met seamlessly Win new business through proactive, consistent school engagement and relationship building Handle daily bookings and last-minute absences with confidence, urgency and sound judgement Build and maintain a ready-to-work pool of compliant, high-quality educators Interview, onboard and support educators, guiding them through their journey with ANZUK Partner closely with schools to deeply understand their culture, expectations and staffing patterns Run the full recruitment lifecycle — role scoping, sourcing, screening, negotiation and placement Maintain bulletproof compliance while always upholding child safety standards Lean into teamwork, especially during peak periods, to keep the desk moving and the pressure shared This is a role where pace meets purpose - and where outcomes matter.
